Groups are informal, and are not proctored by professional counselors. We meet once a week to support each other in lives free of abusive and controlling behvior. Men's groups focus on Christ-centered helps for life, and begin with a review of seven tansformations. After the seven transformations, group time is divided between instruction and voluntary participation in relevant discussion.
